Threats of change will become opportunities for renewal. You’ll leave with an understanding of the natural patterns of change and how to benefit from its powerful effects. This workshop is ideal for teams or groups of people wanting to maintain or increase performance and effectiveness through continuous and seemingly disruptive change in the workplace and in their lives. You will identify where you are on the Cycle of Renewal and you will see where your co-workers or team members also find themselves. You will then identify things that these people can do to help you move forward as well as solidify a plan to help yourself move to the next phase. You will communicate openly about issues and hear answers that you never expected to hear, and the boss will participate at the same level as the rest of the team. This is a wonderful team-building tool, helping to solidify the group into a cohesive team.
